We have held our asbestos licence since 1989 and have been ARCA (Asbestos Removal Contractors Association) members for over 20 years. Our 2024 asbestos licence has been renewed until 2027.

Asbestos surveys and asbestos testing
Asbestos surveys are essential for detecting the presence of asbestos in a building, as is asbestos testing, for determining the specific type of asbestos present. Following a survey, we are able to determine whether the material should be removed, or simply monitored.

Abastra ensures that all asbestos removal is conducted safely and securely, in accordance with the necessary Health and Safety regulations.
Lead paint surveys
Lead paint is a potential health hazard, particularly when it starts to deteriorate. If your property is coated in lead paint, then a full lead paint survey will determine if it needs removing.

Our lead paint removal service sees all the lead paint in your property cleanly and efficiently removed, in as safe a manner as possible.
